"I am not one to leave reviews in general, good or bad…but since this is such a large purchase, I am putting my 2 cents worth out there. My order came quick and assembly was quite easy! However, upon assembly the structure is quite wobbly. It shakes when my child climbs or swings. Every bolt is as tight as it can go, and 85% of the screws that hold the dowels just spin and spin and spin. I am pretty disappointed. I emailed customer service, and am just waiting to hear back. I am hoping they can offer me some advice as to how I can make the structure more stable, because my child really does love it, and it is a beautiful product. I am grateful we can afford to buy something like this for my child, so just hoping we can make it safe for him to use for years to come. *I will update my review once I hear back from customer service"

La structure reste sûre et pleinement fonctionnelle sans le toboggan.

I've constructed the frame. But it doesn't seem very stable. I think it will tip over as soon as any child swings on it. Does it need to be secured to the floor somehow? Also the bars bend with weight.: Hello Nicola, Usually, such issue may happen when the screws are tightened too much. Thus, we recommend unscewing them press the constrcution when fully on the floor, and tighten the screws back again.
