What is the triangle ladder width when opened in the narrower position (the position for the 5-7 years old)? Thank you!
Hello Marie-Christine, The width of the triangle ladder, when opened in the narrower position, is 84 cm (33'').
How wide are the gaps in between the rungs? I’ve read that it is important for safety for them to be a certain distance apart.

Still enjoying ours ~2 years later. It is very stable/sturdy but what us recommended max weight it can withstand? I know it says 1-7 yrs and we are well within that thanks.

Should the top rung rotate whilst tightened?
Hello Tom, The top axial dowel should not rotate. To fix this, please try to do the following: 1. Untighten cap nuts and find out whether both studs are being rotated. If the studs are being rotated, please inform us by sending email to info@goodevas.com 2. If the studs do not rotate, you need to place it back and tighten cap nuts with pliers.
